Fee Charged for Documents Request:

The first hour of document retrieval is free. If we expect your request to take more than this, we will provide an estimate prior to retrieving your records. In the event more than 1 hour is required (this is generally rare, but is required in some cases) please pay any fees due by visiting our Electronic Payment Portal Fees page and clicking the Foothills Fire Payment Portal button to fill in and pay the amount due per our estimate. Document retrievals are charged at $30.00/hour after the first hour. If you are unsure of the amount due, call the office at (303) 526-0707.
